Northern Beaches Laundry is a Sydney commercial laundry and linen service founded by five partners with backgrounds in hospitality, property management and operations.
We opened in June 2025 from our industrial facility at 5 Chard Road, Brookvale — purpose-built to serve hotels, Airbnb operators, gyms, restaurants and cleaning companies across Sydney.
We saw the same problem everywhere on the Northern Beaches — hospitality and short-stay businesses struggling with unreliable laundry suppliers, missed turnarounds and inconsistent quality.
We built Northern Beaches Laundry to fix that: a local, high-capacity, professionally run commercial laundry that treats your linen like it matters — because it does.

5 Chard Road, Brookvale NSW — 180 sqm industrial space, 6 IPSO washers, 5 IPSO gas dryers, commercial chemical dosing system, roller door access, dedicated linen racking and packing area. Capacity: up to 1,960 kg per day.
